Digital Product & Course Access
The Fresh Start Beauty Experience is a self-guided digital educational program designed to teach makeup techniques, product knowledge, and beauty concepts through pre-recorded video lessons, downloadable resources, and educational materials.
By purchasing this experience, you acknowledge and agree that:
Fresh Start is a self-paced digital experience and does not include personalized makeup instruction, coaching, consultations, feedback, or one-on-one support unless specifically stated.
Results will vary based on individual practice, experience, products, and personal application. Heather Maria Beauty does not guarantee specific results or transformations.
Your purchase includes lifetime access to the Fresh Start Beauty Experience as long as the program remains available on the current platform. While every effort is made to maintain long-term access, Heather Maria Beauty reserves the right to update, improve, or transition the program to a new platform if necessary.
All course materials, videos, downloads, worksheets, guides, and educational content are the intellectual property of Heather Maria Beauty and are provided for your personal use only. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, sold, taught, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Account sharing is not permitted. Access is licensed to one individual purchaser only.
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Product recommendations reflect Heather Maria's personal experience and professional opinion and should not be considered medical or dermatological advice. Clients with allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using new products.
📆 Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online using the Cancel/Reschedule button in your confirmation email up to 48 hours before your appointment.
• Within 48 hours of your appointment, cancellations and rescheduling are no longer available.
• If you're unable to attend within the 48-hour cancellation window, a new appointment and booking fee will be required.
• Booking fees and payments are non-refundable.

⏰ Arrival & Late Policy
• Your appointment begins at the scheduled start time.
• Please review your confirmation email before your appointment for directions, parking information, and arrival instructions.
• If you're running behind, please call Olive, Heather's studio assistant, at (512) 798-4525 as soon as possible.
• Late arrivals do not extend appointment time. Heather will make the most of the remaining appointment time while staying on schedule for the clients who follow.
• If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled. Even if you arrive at the studio, you'll be asked to schedule a new appointment, and a new booking fee will be required.

🚫 No-Shows
• Missed appointments without prior communication are considered no-shows.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
• A new appointment and booking fee will be required to schedule another appointment.

💍 Weddings
• Wedding services are governed by your signed wedding contract.
• Please refer to your contract for wedding-specific cancellation policies, timelines, payment schedules, and terms.

🧼 Health & Safety
• All brushes, tools, and products are thoroughly sanitized between every client.
• Please notify Heather Maria Beauty before your appointment if you have allergies, sensitivities, contagious conditions, or skin concerns.
• Heather Maria Beauty reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if a condition may compromise safety or sanitation.
For your safety during makeup application:
• Please avoid eating during your appointment.
• Please avoid using your phone while makeup is being applied.
• If you wear contact lenses, it's recommended they be inserted before your appointment begins.
• Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Abusive or threatening behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

• Heather Maria Beauty may photograph completed services for portfolio, website, social media, or marketing purposes.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let Heather know before your appointment begins.

Makeup Lessons

• Email is Heather's primary form of communication.
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, prep guides, and important updates are sent by email.

• Please allow up to 48 business hours for non-urgent email responses.
