Do you offer bridal previews or trials?

Yes. Bridal previews are included in your package so we can collaborate, refine and finalize your look before the wedding day.

How long does bridal makeup take?

Bridal makeup typically takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. This allows time for skin preparation, layering, and a beautifully finished result. Add 45 min. - 1 hour for hair if you deccide to add simple hairstyling.

Do you provide makeup for bridesmaids or family members?

Yes. Additional makeup services for bridesmaids and family members can be added depending on your timeline and schedule rate starts at $115 for makeup & $75 for simple hair styling such as curls.

Is the on-location fee included in the price?

Yes. Your quoted bridal rate always includes the on-location service based on your wedding location and timeline. There are no surprise travel fees added later.

Do you help with the wedding morning timeline?

Yes. Heather works with your planner or point of contact (if you have one) to coordinate the beauty schedule so everything flows smoothly on the wedding morning.

Do you charge an automatic gratuity?

No. Heather believes in charging the correct amount for her work, and gratuities are always optional. If you choose to leave a tip for exceptional service, it is always appreciated but never expected.

What other fees should I expect?

Most of the time, none. Your quoted bridal rate includes the services discussed and any on-location travel based on your wedding location. Additional fees are only required if there are special circumstances such as multiple getting-ready locations, parking fees, tolls or valet parking at the venue. If valet parking is required, the valet fee and tip will be added to the final invoice.

Why do your services say “starting at”?

Every wedding day is unique. Once we review your location, timeline, and any additional services, you’ll receive a clear quote for your specific wedding day.

Do you have a minimum number of services required?

No. Heather works with many intimate weddings and does not require a minimum number of services. Whether it’s just the bride or a few additional people, your wedding beauty plan can be customized to fit your day.

What is required to reserve my wedding date?

A signed agreement and 35 % non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date. Once both are completed, your date is secured on the calendar and we can begin planning your bridal beauty details.

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes. Once your wedding date is reserved with the retainer and signed agreement, the remaining balance can be split into smaller payments leading up to the wedding day if that feels more comfortable for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

The retainer used to reserve your wedding date is non-refundable. Bridal previews (trials) are also non-refundable once completed, as time and services have already been provided. If you need to cancel your wedding services, notice must be given at least 60 days prior to the wedding date. Cancellations made within 60 days of the wedding are responsible for the remaining balance, bringing the total paid to the full service amount. This is because the date has been reserved exclusively for your wedding and other bookings have been declined. If the cancelled date is rebooked with another wedding of equal value, the remaining balance may be refunded.
