Why This Work Matters to Me
I grew up in an environment where appearance was constantly commented on my size, my face, my worth. It pushed me into years of body shame, disordered eating and disconnection from myself.
I eventually did the work to heal years ago and rebuild a relationship with my body that wasn’t based on perfection or approval.
That journey changed me and it’s why I do what I do.
